According to the modern scientific literature, it should be noted that occupational profiles of specific specialities, especially those related to the performance of responsible and complex types of work by specialists, should provide an opportunity to carry out a fully adequate prognostic assessment of the peculiarities of the impact of working conditions and the nature of work on the body of a person who acquires a particular speciality, by the existing requirements. The study aims to determine the role of individual personality traits (features of socio-psychological adaptation, emotional burnout, empathic abilities, psychological defence mechanisms, and coping strategies) and their place in the structure of psychodramas of leading rehabilitation specialities. In the course of the research, it was found that the most significant the structure of the leading personality traits that should be taken into account when developing psychograms of the main specialties of the rehabilitation profile are the properties that mark the indicators of a high level of expression of socio-psychological adaptability in the course of professional activity, acceptance of others and internal control in the course of professional activity, low, according to the degree of expression, indicators of the level of exhaustion as a component of emotional burnout level of resistance as a component of emotional burnout, primarily due to inadequate selective emotional response and level of tension as a component of emotional burnout, primarily due to the values of emotionally coloured feelings of anxiety and depression or experiencing psycho traumatic circumstances, high degree of expression of such psychological defence mechanisms such as displacement, regression, substitution, compensation, rationalisation (intellectualisation), firmly formed coping strategies for overcoming life's troubles and effective solution of professional problems, such as coping strategy of self-control, coping strategy of seeking social support, coping strategy of accepting responsibility and coping strategy of positive reassessment.
