Annotation:

The case method is one of the most effective interactive approaches in the system of professional training of future medical workers, particularly in the study of medical law. Its essence lies in the analysis of real or simulated situations that reflect the professional activities of healthcare providers and enable students to apply theoretical knowledge in practice. This approach ensures a deeper understanding of legal norms, the mechanisms of their implementation, and the possible consequences of their violation in the field of healthcare. The case method is of particular importance in the formation of legal competence of future specialists. It promotes the development of the ability to analyze complex legal situations, identify key legal aspects of professional activity, make well-reasoned decisions, and understand responsibility for one’s actions. In the process of working with cases, students acquire skills in navigating the legislation of Ukraine in the field of medicine, as well as adhering to ethical and deontological principles. In addition, the use of the case method enhances learning activity, develops critical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. This allows the educational process to be brought as close as possible to real conditions of medical practice. Therefore, the case method is an effective tool for the formation of legal culture and the training of competent medical professionals.
