Annotation:

The professional activity of future medical and pharmaceutical workers is directly related to compliance with the norms of medical law, ethics and deontology. The effectiveness of the process of developing legal competence largely depends on the use of innovative approaches to teaching legal disciplines, which activate students' cognitive activity and foster critical thinking, professional responsibility, and the ability to make legitimate decisions in complex clinical situations. The article reviews and systematizes leading modern educational technologies, in particular simulation learning, case method, situational role-playing games, mixed and problem-oriented approaches, as well as the use of digital platforms, online legal simulators and multimedia resources. It is substantiated that their implementation ensures the development of sustainable practical skills in the analysis of regulatory and legal documentation, promotes the development of communicative competence and critical thinking, and increases students' academic motivation and active involvement. The focus is on the feasibility of modeling real situations of interaction "medical worker - patient", which creates conditions for working out algorithms of professional behavior of future specialists within the framework of current legislation. It is concluded that integrating traditional teaching methods with innovative pedagogical technologies increases the efficiency of legal training, contributes to the formation of professional responsibility, legal culture, and legal awareness, and also increases students' readiness for practical activity in the modern healthcare system.
