Open fractures of the magnum occupy one of the leading places and account for about 68%, which is reflected by the frequency of fractures of the magnum being equal to that of other long cysts, as well as natural interconnectivity of soft tissues. The consumption of the cerebrospinal mass (primary and secondary) is approximately 11.4% in peacetime. During the hour of combat operations, the incidence of injuries to the lower ends (from 44 to 70%) of all injuries to the musculoskeletal system and pelvis increases (about 80%) due to the presence of a bone defect of various in size, among them, defects of up to 5 to 15.9 centimeters (67.4%) prevail. Aim is to investigate the stress-strain state of a model of a lower leg with a tibial defect with different options for extra-articular osteosynthesis under the influence of a bending load acting in the frontal plane. In the middle third of the magnum cyst, a defect of up to 5 cm was modeled. Stabilization of the magma cyst was carried out using an external fixation device using three options for cutting under cuts of 30°, 60° and 90°, with a diameter of 8 mm under infusion of the dying vantage that exists at the frontal plane. Under the influx of decaying tension that operates at the frontal plane, the installation of ADF with the holding of fixing clips under 30° creates tension in the brush tissue of the maximum level in the clips, which flatten the distal fragment of the magnum. When the cut is increased to 60°, the stresses around the struts, which reduce the proximal fragment of the brush, grow and are measured in the range of 13.3 MPa to 15.1 MPa. When carrying out the shears at 90°, the lowest level of tension was maintained among all other options for about 5 fixing shears. In case of permanent tension at the frontal plane, the installation of the ADF by carrying out the fixing shears at 90° will ensure the lowest level of tension in the brush tissue of the large fiber brush and elements ADF is most effective in preventing decaying lesions at the frontal plane.
