Annotation:

The article discusses modern innovative approaches in neurorehabilitation of patients with consequences of nervous system damage. Using the example of advanced global experience (NSW BIRP program), the effectiveness of transitioning to a biopsychosocial model and implementing clinical case management to ensure social reintegration is substantiated. The role of neuroplasticity and the therapeutic potential of high-tech solutions (robotic therapy, VR/AR, NIBS) in combination with classical manual techniques are analyzed. The symbiosis of organizational and technological innovations is the optimal strategy for maximizing the restoration of patients' quality of life.
