The article is devoted to studying the dynamics of changes in additional parameters of the functioning of the cardiorespiratory and vascular systems in adolescents with scoliosis. Thus, as a result of studying the indicators of the functions of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems according to additional parameters of the physical performance of adolescents in the study and control groups, it was established that the function of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems is also impaired, and the level of these disorders also depends on gender and the indicator. Thus, the power of the left ventricle in adolescents with scoliosis and conditionally healthy peers at rest is equivalent (the same), and in girls, it is increased, while under load, the power of the left ventricle in boys decreases from rest and in girls. Multidirectional changes in minute blood volume. At rest, in boys with scoliosis, it decreases somewhat, and in girls, it is almost unchanged; during exercise, it decreases both in boys with scoliosis and in girls. At rest, the Brelov shock index in boys with scoliosis increases compared to this indicator in adolescents of the control group; in girls with scoliosis, the decrease in this index continues under load. The specific resistance of blood vessels in adolescents with scoliosis increases at rest, and in girls with scoliosis, it decreases, and during exercise, both in boys and in girls with scoliosis, the specific resistance of blood vessels decreases. To improve the dynamics of changes in additional parameters of the functioning of the cardiorespiratory and vascular systems in adolescents with scoliosis, it is necessary to select individual physical exercises to correct the work of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems to increase work capacity.
