ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ДОГЛЯДУ ЗА ПОРОЖНИНОЮ РОТА НЕМОВЛЯТ: МІЖДИСЦИПЛІНАРНИЙ ПОГЛЯД

Анотація:
Стан ротової порожнини немовлят визначає не лише стоматологічне, а й загальне здоров’я ди- тини, оскільки порушення формування орального мікробіому в ранньому віці асоціюються з ускладненнями у старшому віці. Ранній дитячий карієс, кандидоз, інфекційні та запальні захворювання слизової оболонки за- лишаються одними з найпоширеніших патологій дитячої популяції, що зумовлює необхідність профілактики ще до прорізування перших зубів. Мета – наліз сучасних європейських протоколів догляду за ротовою порожниною немовлят, оцінка дока- зової бази щодо застосування грудного молока та колоструму, визначення ролі медичних працівників і бать- ків у цьому процесі. Встановлено, що догляд за ротовою порожниною немовлят є невід’ємною складовою профілактики системних і стоматологічних захворювань та асоціюється зі зниженням частоти грибкових уражень, вторин- них інфекцій та раннього дитячого карієсу. Оральний мікробіом динамічно формується від народження під впливом типу пологів, годування та середовища. Ефективність догляду визначається скоординованою взає- модією педіатрів, неонатологів, стоматологів та батьків із чітким розподілом обов’язків. Виявлено потенційні переваги колоструму та грудного молока для підтримки слизової оболонки і формування фізіологічної мі- кробіоти, водночас доказова база залишається обмеженою, що потребує подальших рандомізованих дослі- джень. Представлено стандартизований алгоритм догляду відповідно до рекомендацій EFONI. Ранній догляд за ротовою порожниною немовлят є першим етапом безперервної профілактики стома- тологічних захворювань. Найефективніші результати досягаються за умов міждисциплінарної партнерської взаємодії між медичним персоналом і батьками, а інтеграція європейських стандартів потребує подальшої стандартизації протоколів та багатоцентрових досліджень.
