Annotation:

The article is relevant to the clinic of prosthetic dentistry, as it focuses on the development of instruments and methods for the surgical preparation of prosthetic bed tissues and the correction of detected metabolic disorders through medical intervention during the preparation and implementation of prosthetic dental treatment. The article describes the improved modern methods of surgical preparation and medical correction in patients with pathological changes in the bone tissue of the collar process and its part before orthopedic treatment. The im portance of modern advanced surgical preparation and medical correction on the state of bone tissue is taken into account, which is important in the preparation of an orthopedic dental treatment plan and significantly affects the choice of denture design in order to preserve abutment teeth and bone tissue, to achieve positive results in the long term of use of fixed bridges.
