The study involved 268 pregnant women, varying in age and gestation period, who were divided into 2 groups. The first group consisted of 222 women with COVID-19 infection ("positive"), the second group (control group (KG)) included 46 women without infection, with negative PCR test results for COVID-19 ("negative"). The National Early Warning Score (NEWS 2) and qSOFA (quick Sequential Organ Failure Assessment) scales were used to assess the severity of the condition of pregnant women with coronavirus infection. The results of the study showed that the risk of developing coronavirus infection in pregnant women are aggravating factors of obstetric, gynecological history, the presence of extragenital concomitant diseases, age and gestational gestation period. Most often, pregnant women infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus have a mild form of coronavirus infection – 52.7%, a moderate form – 37.8%, and a severe form – in 9.5% of cases. A comprehensive approach to the management of pregnant women with coronavirus infection is needed, as well as careful monitoring and management of complications in cases with COVID-19.
