The laboratory parameters of the complete blood count of patients were studied to determine the dynamics of indicators depending on time. 321 complete blood counts were performed in Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise Primary Healthcare Centre of Pavlohrad. To solve the tasks set, the study used such research methods as continuous sampling and analysis of modern medical literature on the topic of the study, statistical processing and analysis of the data obtained. The automatic haematological analysers RT-7600/RT-7600s and HB-7021 were used for the study. The study was performed on five main indicators of complete blood count in emergency and urgent care. The data for January and June were obtained by grouping and analysing the results. Based on patients' requests, we made an attempt to identify the groups of diseases most typical for winter (January) and summer (June) 2022. Thus, we found a correlation between the dynamics of a complete blood count in January. We found significant deviations in all indicators of the complete blood count in January with confidence (p>0.05). For example, we took the haemoglobin value. The data obtained are presented as the arithmetic mean, and the statistical error of the arithmetic mean X ̅±SX ̅. Differences between indicators with a distribution that was close to normal were assessed using the Student's t-test. Differences at p<0.05 were considered statistically significant. According to the number of patients, the following ranking places of diseases were determined for January and June. An attempt was also made to study the number of emergency and urgent care visits depending on gender in winter and summer
