The modern education system is focused not only on the transfer of knowledge but also on the formation of competencies, personality development, and the preparation of students for life in conditions of rapid social change. In this context, communication acts as a key means of organizing the educational process, because it is through communication that educational, upbringing, and developmental tasks are realized. Modern student life involves a huge number of social contacts. Communication with classmates, teachers, relatives, friends, and acquaintances, including through social media, plays an important role in personality formation and affects all spheres of a student's life. Effective communication between a teacher and a student contributes to the creation of a favorable psychological climate, forms an atmosphere of cooperation and partnership, and helps to overcome barriers in interaction. However, these contacts do not always have a positive nature. Negative communication, such as criticism, insults, and contemptuous attitude, can cause significant harm to the psycho-emotional state of young people, and an insufficient level of communicative culture can lead to misunderstandings, reduced motivation, and lower quality of learning. Given the growing role of digital technologies, distance learning forms, and the multicultural nature of the educational environment, the issue of communication optimization becomes particularly relevant. It is communication itself that determines the effectiveness of educational interaction, influences the results of knowledge acquisition, and the development of value orientations in students.
