The study aimed to analyse the long-term clinical results of nuclear magnetic resonance therapy (NMRT) in patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the shoulder joint. The results of NMRT application are presented in the example of 15 cases of degenerative-dystrophic lesions of the shoulder joint of the shoulder joints. Clinical outcomes were assessed at the initial visit and in the long-term period using the QuickDASH (Disability of Arm, Shoulder and Hand Questionnaire). In the long-term period after NMRT, the examined patients showed significantly better treatment results compared to the indicators established at the initial visit. Patients with less cartilage damage showed significantly better results of NMRT, so we recommend using the method to prevent the progression of the degenerative-dystrophic process. We did not find a significant deterioration in treatment results with an increase in the observation period, which indicates a high duration of the positive clinical effect of NMRT in degenerativedystrophic diseases of the shoulder joint. Thus, the high efficiency of NMRT in treating patients with degenerativedystrophic diseases of the shoulder joint has been proven.
