The foreground job of health protection Ukraine, envisaged at legislative level, the preservation and enhancement of the health of children and teenagers. The high level of stomatological morbidity of child’s population of Ukraine remains one of medical issues of the day, in the different age-related groups frequency of cases of caries, illnesses of paradontium, violations of development and malocclusion. A stomatological health is largely characterized by the rightness of structure of the tooth-jaw system of human, her proper functioning and balanced, and her state is one of preventive and clearly enough fixed indexes of health/not health of human organism on the whole. Research aim. Aim of this research – to investigate the modern state of organization of orthodontic help to the child population of Ukraine. Object and the methods of study: bibliosemantic for study and analysis normative-legal base the organization of orthodontic help, epidemiologic – for valuation the prevalence of malocclusion, statistic – for the account of relative indexes, average magnitudes and accounts the authenticity of effects. Results and discussion. Analysis epidemiologic data concerning the prevalence of incidence stomatologic in Ukraine in publications local ortodontists describes the negative tendency accession orthodontic pathology. Study of the prevalence of functional anomalies of numerous authors illustrates the fact the growth of their prevalence in parallel with growing up child. During the survey, the authors found that the presence of jaw anomalies and defects in the 6-year-olds children amounted to 41. 4% in the 12-year old children-55%, and in children of 15 years was 93%. Similar data presented Чухрай Н. and Безвушко Е. during the inspection of Lviv oblast 3680 sponsored children was revealed malocclusion and defects in the average 61,93% surveyed. And with a 7-year-old and 12-year-olds the prevalence of them growing from 53,47% to 64,71%, while the 15- year – 67,23%. Morphological abnormalities in the tooth-jaw area in children most often combined with functional speech disorders (15,6-17,2%), impaired swallowing (24,5- 25,4%), impaired function of nasal respiration (36,7 – 37,3%) –and violations of mastication (22,5-24,7%) The quality and effectiveness of providing orthodontic care to the population of Ukraine depends on a number of factors. Structure, nomenclature and the development of a network of dental facilities are in close connection with the political-economic system in the country and depend on it. At the stage of health reform in modern socio- economic conditions in Ukraine there are significant difficulties in development of Orthodontics due to the lack of legal base and clear principles for functioning in modern conditions, the insufficiency of budget financing and required number of skilled personnel (doctors and dental technicians), outdated and insufficient material and technical base, low standard of living of the population. Conclusions. Necessary is to create the relevant requirements of the present regulatory framework, which will regulate the Organization and providing orthodontic care at the stage of reforming health care, which at present is insufficient. Also important is to improve the reporting system of therapeutic stomatological institutions of State and private property to get the heads of public health full and reliable information about their activities, the need for adequate evaluation of the dental health of the adult and children population, planning and organization of dental services. Prospects for further studies. Today is extremely important positioning orthodontic care system in pediatric services, the development of an integrated system of prevention and early treatment. To eliminate most of the dentition anomalies need to preventive work carried out systematically dentist pediatrician in organized groups of children, with the active assistance of parents, relatives, teachers involved in the education of children
