Annotation:

The influence of various hernia alloplasty methods (according to Liechte!nstein and Trabucco) was studied using various mesh prostheses – ordinary prolene mesh (20 patients), non-fixable implants with shape memory “Gertra” (17 patients), partially absorbable monocrylprolene composite (MPC) mesh “Ultrapro” (15 patients) on the blood supply to the testicles in 52 male patients mature age (23-50 years) p various types of inguinal hernias (IH) in dynamics: before – and 1, 3 and 6 months after surgery. It has been established that hernioalloplasty using the Liechtenstein method using a partially absorbable MPC mesh “Ultrapro”, in contrast to hernioalloplasty using the Liechtenstein method with a conventional prolene mesh and the Trabucco technique with shape memory implants “Gertra”, does not have a negative effect on the blood supply to the testicles in men with IH for 6 months of the postoperative period; on the contrary – there is an unreliable increase (p>0.05), compared to baseline preoperative level.
