Анотація:

У роботі розглянуті питання класифікації, передопераційного консультування, описані методики хірургічного лікування, післяопераційні ускладнення, а також психосексуальна оцінка результатів хірургічних втручань у пацієнтів із девіаціями статевого члену. Вроджена девіація статевого члена (ВДСЧ) – відносно рідкісний стан, який може з'явитися в пізньому підлітковому або ранньому дорослому віці. Його частота становить від 0,04% до 0,6%, але клінічно значущість ВДСЧ набагато нижча, оскільки ступінь викривлення та сексуальної дисфункції широко варіюється. Протягом десятиліть корпоропластика статевого члена є чітко визначеним методом лікування вродженого викривлення статевого члена. Метою цієї хірургічної техніки є виправлення викривлення, щоб відновити анатомічну та сексуальну функціональність цих пацієнтів. Першу описану методику лікування ВДСЧ описав Nesbit, яка полягає у висіченні горизонтального еліпса (еліпсів) білої кавернозної оболонки на опуклому боці викривлення і закритті його швами, що не розсмоктуються. Багато авторів пропонували модифікації методики Nesbit, намагаючись зменшити вкорочення статевого члена, мобілізацію судинно-нервового пучка та післяопераційні шви, що пальпуються (шовні гранульоми). Зазвичай, більшість авторів повідомляють лише про анатомічну корекцію статевого члена, не розглядаючи вплив операції на якість життя (ЯЖ). Хороші хірургічні анатомічні результати в цьому дослідженні корелювали зі значним покращенням сексуальних стосунків, самооцінки, загальних стосунків і впевненості. Автор підкреслив важливість затримки в діагностиці ВДСЧ та її наслідки для психосоціального розвитку і ЯЖ підлітків.
