Annotation:

The article is devoted to the effect of the developed physical exercise program on the level of reactive response of neutrophil granulocytes of peripheral blood of visually impaired children at the age range from 10 to 16 years. The aim of the study is to study the impact of a physical exercise program on the level of general immunological reactivity of the body of visually impaired children at the age range from 10 to16 years. The study was conducted among105 children at the age between 10 and 16 with visual impairments (boys and girls) under the supervision of medical staff of the institution. A method of physical exercises was used for these children, and plans were developed taking into account age and gender. A complex of physical culture exercises leads to a tendency of increasing the reactive response of peripheral blood NG, which contributes to the maintenance of the body's non-specific and immune reactivity, ESR and other immunological and hematological indicators at an appropriate level, and the index of the ratio of lymphocytes and monocytes decreases. Thus, the used method of physical exercises in children with visual impairments at the age range of 10-16 years has a positive effect on the level of the reactive response of peripheral blood NG, as well as improving the functioning of indicators of non-specific adaptation, and also increasing the reactive response of peripheral blood NG.
