The article is devoted to studying the influence of physical exercise programs on optimising the impaired general immunological reactivity of adolescents with scoliosis. The study aimed to investigate the effect of a physical exercise program on optimising the impaired general immunological reactivity of boys and girls aged 15-17 with scoliosis in a secondary school. Adolescents (28 boys and 26 girls) aged 15-17 with scoliosis were examined. They performed a developed complex program of physical exercises to optimise their body's impaired general immunological reactivity. The conducted program of physical exercises in children with scoliosis aged 15-17 years in terms of immunohematological indicators characterizing the general immunological reactivity of the body showed a positive effect in girls with scoliosis. Thus, in girls, the index of the ratio of lymphocytes, monocytes, and leukocyte shift index – by 18.90%, neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio, as well as a decrease in the index of the ratio of lymphocytes and eosinophils, which is positive. At the same time, in boys with scoliosis, after physical exercises, the index of the ratio of eosinophils and lymphocytes increases, which indicates the activation of hypersensitivity reactions of the immune system of boys with scoliosis. When comparing the immunological reactivity of boys and girls with scoliosis after a complex of physical exercises, it should be noted that these exercises are more effective in girls with scoliosis aged 15-17.
