Annotation:
This article is dedicated to problem-based learning. This pedagogical approach provides solutions to scientific and educational tasks using unconventional methods, motivating students to work independently and encouraging their critical thinking. Problem-based learning integrates various techniques, methods, and principles of learning, aligning with the standards set by industry for training highly qualified specialists who are capable of ongoing professional development and general competence development. Additionally, it facilitates the development of general competence among applicants, teaches them to be creative, and enables them to solve clinical situations, work independently, think critically, and enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities. Consequently, the utilisation of problem-based learning within the educational process serves to enhance the overall quality of medical education.
