Annotation:

The research is about the prolonged exposure to the nalbuphine (opioid) on the endotheliоcytes of the vessels of the haemomicrocirculatory bed of colon at the submicroscopic level. The results of the investigation show that the prolonged opioids exposure leads to disorganization of endotheliocytes at the submicroscopic level already after 2 weeks of the experiment and grew over the next periods of the investigation. Specifically, we observed enlarged, irregularly shaped of endotheliocytes nuclei, their cytoplasm swollen and organelles are damaged in it, the basement membrane thickened, that plays an important role in the interruption of the blood supply to examined organ and development of intestinal pathology.
