The article deals with patients' quality of life (QOL) after coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The study examined 20 patients aged 56.17±1.24 years, one month after inpatient treatment for COVID-19. The QOL of patients was studied using the Medical Outcomes Study Short Form 36 (SF-36) at the time of the visit to the family doctor and with a retrospective assessment at the time of hospitalisation. One month after treatment, patients complained of fatigue and breathing problems, shortness of breath, cough, sleep disturbances and dizziness, and hair loss. They were much less concerned about arrhythmia and memory disorders, intestinal disorders, muscle pain and tinnitus, and lower limb vascular thrombosis. During a visit to a family doctor, a decrease in role functioning (by 12.74%) and physical functioning (by 4.04%), mental health (by 9.57%) and vitality (by 3.72%) were identified, while assessments of general health (by 4.42%) and pain (by 1.82%) increased, which we believe is due to concerns about the failure to provide care at the outpatient stage of treatment in case of new complications. Physical functioning was poorly assessed by 80% of patients, role-based physical functioning by 85%, vitality by 60%, social activity by 70%, and emotional functioning by 60%. The study of QOL of patients after COVID-19 is necessary to identify the causes that affect it and to develop effective treatment measures that will prevent the occurrence of complications.
