КОМПЛЕКСНА СТРАТЕГІЯ КОРЕКЦІЇ ВІКОВИХ ЗМІН У ЧОЛОВІКІВ ДРУГОГО ЗРІЛОГО ВІКУ ЗАСОБАМИ ІНТЕРВАЛЬНОГО ХАРЧУВАННЯ ТА СИЛОВИХ ТРЕНУВАНЬ

Анотація:
Другий зрілий вік (35-60 років згідно з періодизацією віку) у чоловіків характеризується поступовим зменшенням м’язової маси, зниженням мінеральної щільності кісткової тканини, погіршенням еластичності судин та зменшенням функціональних резервів серцево-судинної й дихальної систем, що супроводжується підвищенням ризику метаболічних порушень, зокрема інсулінорезистентності, абдомінального ожиріння й дисліпідемії. У цьому контексті інтервальний режим харчування розглядається як перспективна інтервенція з метою регуляції енергетичного обміну, гормонального профіля, ліпідного спектру, зниження маркерів запалення та активації процесів аутофагії, сприяючи тим самим нормалізації маси тіла і метаболічної рівноваги. Метою цієї оглядової статті є теоретичне обґрунтування доцільності поєднання інтервального харчування й силових тренувань для корекції вікових змін у чоловіків другого зрілого віку. У роботі систематизовано сучасні дані щодо морфологічних, гормональних, метаболічних і функціональних трансформацій організму чоловіків в другому зрілому віці, а також механізмів впливу інтервального харчування й силового фітнесу на морфо-функціональні параметри організму. Показано, що їх поєднання забезпечує синергічний ефект, спрямований на зменшення вісцерального ожиріння, покращення чутливості до інсуліну, збереження м’язової маси, підвищення мінеральної щільності кісткової тканини та оптимізацію функціонального стану серцево-судинної системи. Наведені у статті дані можуть використовуватися при розробці програм профілактики вікових змін і підтримання фізичного здоров’я у чоловіків другого зрілого віку.
