A systematic analysis of modern scientific data on the role of dopamine as a key neuromodulator in maintaining human postural stability, as well as the mechanisms by which the dopaminergic system influences motor coordi nation in normal and pathological conditions, particularly under chronic stress, has been conducted. It has been established that dopamine plays a critical role in the functioning of the basal ganglia "motor loop", where it provides movement initiation and automatic postural reflexes through direct (D1-receptors) and indirect (D2-receptors) path ways. It has been found that dopamine deficiency (in Parkinson's disease, Segawa syndrome, etc.) leads to the loss of the ability to timely correct body position and the development of postural instability. Special attention is paid to the influence of chronic psychoemotional stress and PTSD, which, due to the neurotoxic effect of cortisol, cause "do pamine depletion", which manifests itself as gait disorders and decreased stability. The positive effects of levodopa and physical rehabilitation on motor skill restoration through activation of reward systems and neuroplasticity are considered. Dopamine is a systemic integrator that links the motivational component with the body's physical stabil ity. Violation of dopamine homeostasis due to neurodegeneration or prolonged stress is the main factor in postural instability. The most effective strategy for the correction of motor disorders is a combined approach that combines drug support with targeted physical training and lifestyle correction.
