The increased attention of the doctors of all specialties to skin tumors is associated with their large prevalence, late diagnosis of malignant forms. In this way, development in the early diagnosis and prevention of malignant tumors of the skin is logical and understandable. Prevention of the skin cancer is the timely diagnostics and active treatment of precancerous skin conditions. Studying the epidemiological characteristics of the precancerous pathology of the skin will allow predicting and affecting the incidence of skin cancer by improving diagnostic and treatment algorithm and effective prevention measures. Methods. To achieve this goal, we used personalized data of patients with actinic keratosis (АК), seborrheic keratosis (SК), skin horn (SH), squamous cell carcinoma in situ (SCCіs) аnd cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (сSCC), which were under the dynamic supervision of the State Scientific Institution “Scientific and Practical Centre of Preventive and Clinical Medicine” of the State Administration (SIS) doctors. Results. The highest level of prevalence have SK (47.07 per 10,000 people), AK (27.2 per 10,000 people) і SCCis (23.09 per 10,000 people). More often precancerous skin is affected men of the ages of 65-74 and of 75 and older. Among the proposed methods of treatment prevailed surgical medical technologies from 90.0% in patients with AK to 66.8% in patients with SCCis. Conclusions. The study of the epidemiological features of the precancerous skin among the affiliated contingent of the SIS has shown that SK, AK and SCCis have the highest prevalence and morbidity.
