Structural changes of the vascular bed in response to the action of exogenous and endogenous pathological factors are the cause of the development of comorbit pathology in patients. The aim of our study was to establish the features of morphometric changes in the arteries of the posterior limbs of white laboratory rats of reproductive age under conditions of hyperuricemia and its combination with hypercholesterolemia. The obtained results of the study indicate that in rats reproductive age, under conditions of experimental hyperuricemia, the arteries of the tibial area suffer the greatest damage, which is confirmed by the thickening of the media by 14,82% (p<0,001), intima – by 10,28% (p<0,001). Under the conditions of a combination of hyperuricemia and hypercholesterolemia the media thickness of femoral arteries increased by 17,20% (p<0,001), knee area – by 15,47% (p<0,001), tibial area – by 16,07% (p<0,001), the thickness of the intima in the femoral area increased by 11,11% (p<0,001), in the knee area – by 12,27% (p<0,001) and in the tibia area – by 12,10% (p<0,001), and those in the group of experimental rats with experimental hyperuricemia prevailed in terms of their severity.
