When studying the clinical and morphological features of the drainage systems of the testicle in children with surgical diseases, it was found that the disorders of lymphodynamics are quite significant. These changes are expressed in the development of lymphoid infiltration, lymphostasis and, as a result, in the development of destruction of the seminiferous tubule membrane. In this study, the study of morphological and clinical changes in the lymphatic system and drainage systems of the testicle in childhood allowed us to improve the tactics of surgical intervention in the treatment of surgical diseases of the testicle, which is an important link in the prevention of male infertility in the reproductive period. The introduced surgical correction technique will contribute to the further development and development of methods of treatment and prevention of male infertility.
