In works on the theory and physiology of sports, great importance is attached to the vestibular analyzer in providing complex coordination movements and its role in cyclic locomotion and its influence on the energy capabilities of the autonomic nervous system are underestimated. In parallel, the role of vestibular load on the functional state of the autonomic nervous system as a factor influencing the organism is being investigated. The aim is to analyze the information of modern scientific literature regarding the influence of vestibular-sensory load on the vegetative reactions of a person. It is shown that a complex of the most important nervous formations is invariably activated when vestibular stimulation is applied, and each of them has a certain function in the overall integrated activity of the brain as a whole system. The analyzed available results indicate a significant role of the vestibular system in the organization of homeostatic processes, the essence of which is to bring the internal environment of the organism and its biologically adequate spatial position to mutual compliance. Knowledge of a sufficient level of vestibular stability proves that it is an important factor in the formation of an adequate adaptive response on the part of central hemodynamics, and the nervous system manifests itself as a single unit due to reflex mechanisms of various complexity, which are accordingly closed at different levels.
