The reality of today is the need for further study of the impact of iodine deficiency on reparative and physiological osteogenesis. The aim of the study was to publish the results of the analysis of the impact of iodine deficiency on osteogenesis. The study was performed on 63 rare-breed white rats, the care of which met the require- ments of maintenance and diet. During the experiment, 3 groups of 21 animals were created. The results of our study indicate the negative impact of iodine deficiency on reparative osteogenesis, which is manifested by a violation of the process of bone regeneration formation, deterioration of the structural and functional state of bone tissue, which in turn is manifested by a slowdown in the filling of the bone defect.
