Symptomatic neuromas and cystic neck formations are clinically significant entities that require detailed diag nostic and therapeutic strategies. Traumatic neuromas resulting from aberrant nerve repair, neurinomas of other or unknown origin, and cystic lesions of the neck with either benign or malignant etiology represent ongoing challeng es in both differentiation and treatment. This study presents a clinical case of neurinoma with secondary changes localized in the cervical region of a 44-year-old patient. Based on physical examination, medical history, ultrasound, and computed tomography, a diagnosis of lateral neck cyst was established. Following surgical excision of the mass, histological examination confirmed the diagnosis: neurinoma with secondary changes. This case highlights the im portance of multimodal imaging, minimally invasive procedures, and personalized surgical approaches. Emerging innovations in the fields of nerve regeneration and molecular diagnostics hold promise for further advancing future paradigms of diagnosis and treatment. Given the polymorphic nature of lesions that may be localized in the neck region, their differential diagnosis often presents challenges. Therefore, the selection of appropriate treatment methods for neurinomas and cystic neck formations requires an individualized approach, application of advanced imaging techniques, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the use of methods with varying degrees of invasiveness.
